The beautifully restored villa exceeded all expectations, with outstanding service and jaw-dropping views. The spacious rooms were super comfortable and the indoor pool was a definite highlight. The conveniently located public bus made it easy to explore the area, while the staff, especially Dominico, were incredibly helpful and informative. The lovely spa, complete with a wide selection of treatments, offered a mind-blowing and relaxing experience. The restaurant boasted an extensive menu, including regional specialties, and the breakfast was good for an Italian hotel. a highly recommended stay with top-notch service and amenities.

The Staff at Hotel Mamiani is fantastic! They will help you arrange any activity that you would like to do. Extremely friendly. Our rooms were very clean and the hotel is a 10 minute bus ride to the centre. WE loved our 4 night family stay! The restaurant in the hotel is excellent too.

A very good and comfortable hotel. Rooms with a splendid view of the surrounding hills. Buffet breakfast is rich enough although there are no hot dishes. But you can ask and receive fried or scrambled eggs with bacon. The hotel is located in a fair distance from the old Urbino. However, there is bus communication. Buses run every 20 minutes and strictly according to schedule. The price is 1.05 euros, and the trip takes 10-15 minutes. But, on the other hand, staying at this hotel, you can breathe fresh air and admire splendid views.

The room was sizeable and comfortable, perfect for foreign tourists. The choice of breakfast food was good, offering a taste of local cuisine. The hotel's proximity to the center of Urbino made exploring the city convenient. The package we booked provided good value for money.
Felt happy, no reason to complain.

Staff is nice and rooms very clean
The location is not very convenient to visit the historic centre. The building appearence is gross and the internal finishing is unrefined and totally unacceptable for a 4stars.

Walk across the street to the bus stop. Urbino is hell to park in but the bus takes you, for€1.25, right to the center of the action in 15 minutes. Great breakfast, comfortable rooms, and a really great restaurant just down the hall.
There's not much to dislike.
